Dining institution Zuma – known for its chic Japanese dining concept – has opened its newest private dining room in Dubai, the Ishigaki Wine Room. Paying homage to traditional Japanese stone quarry oenological vaults (the name ‘Ishigaki’ means ‘stone wall’), the room is a blend of natural elements such as tactile Thai rock and wood, with modern glass and steel, creating an aura of warm sophistication with the cosy atmosphere of an intimate wine cellar - making it a perfect candidate for AD's list of the most beautiful restaurants in Dubai. A haven for wine enthusiasts and discerning diners, the private dining room has over 700 wine labels and 65 sakes on offer, selected over 17 years, alongside a five-course customisable menu.
